Read the phase map
The phase map sits above the customer list on the CRM page and on a playbook's phases in Admin. It draws the playbook's phases from left to right, starting with the initial phase, and ending with the phases customers finish in.
What the map shows
- Phases: Each box is a phase, with its color and, on the CRM page, the number of customers in it. Click a phase to select it.
- Solid arrows: Moves a team member or the assistant makes. An arrow that loops underneath and points back to an earlier phase returns customers to that phase.
- Dashed amber arrows: Timed rules (inactivity or phase duration), labeled with their delay, for example 7d.
- Clock chips: When three or more phases fall back on a timer into the same final phase, such as "inactive for 14 days → Abandoned", each of those phases shows a small clock chip with the delay instead of an arrow. The final phase is labeled with how many phases feed it. Hover over a chip to see the full rule.
- Draft: A phase with an empty prompt is drawn faded with a Draft badge. Customers cannot enter it, and phases that lead to it show a warning mark.
Tips
- Hover over a phase to highlight every move into and out of it; everything else fades.
- On a narrow screen the map shrinks to fit, then scrolls sideways.
- A long phase name is shortened on the map; hover over the phase to see it in full.
